Working With Molly
Body Project Fitness specializes in strength training and weight loss transformations. Molly is the head trainer and current USPA national powerlifting champion. She teaches clients how to ditch the diet cultue BS. And finally find that balance between eating foods you love and still reaching your goals. Working with Molly you will get a tighter leaner body, build strength, and confidence. For results that are sustainable long term!
Train with her remotely through the app or in her Hillsboro studio. Her training packages combine nutrition and training to maximize effectiveness.

Molly is the best. I came in with the worst back pain last session. She was patient, understanding, and came up with a plan on the fly to get me loosened up and actually feeling good.
